3. Not everyone got the latest Bulletin & Directory, and some were not aware of the BWHA Blogspot Blog. The Bulletin & Directory & http://bwha.blogspot.com/ link & member list will be emailed with the minutes of this meeting.
4. Charles Bunner, Mark Grimwood, Rob Quayle & Jo Anne Thompson were elected by acclimation to fill four vacant seats on the board. Rob will fill the position from which Melissa resigned. The board will meet later to elect officers &c. The newly constituted board is:

Jo Anne Thompson 2010 2013 45S 299-0782 j.a.thompson@charter.net
Mark also agreed to become editor of the Botany Bulletin. Buck’s 12 years of loyal & superior service were applauded. Because Thursdays are a problem for scheduling, default meeting times will be changed to Tuesdays.
5. Problems with visibility from Botany Dr looking south on Lower Grassy Br Rd will be checked & fixed.
6. The importance of trapping and getting shots for stray cats was emphasized by the experience of one resident having to endure the time, trouble & expense ($5,000) of rabies shots after a cat bite. This is a good candidate for a Bulletin item.
7. The importance of knowing and keeping in touch with your immediate neighbors was emphasized by the winter power outages. This is a good Bulletin item as well.
8. Speeders on Driftwood & elsewhere are still a problem. Speaking to them or (politely) gesturing to slow down may help.
